A. M.I.D stands for the Motor Insurance Database, this is a government sponsored database used to assist in the tracking of uninsured motorists, Fleet policyholders that do not to comply face a fine of upto £5,000.

A. No this is your responsibility, the M.I.D, can be updated by many different methods, and your fleet insurer will advise you of how best to update the M.I.D.
